DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

BIGSHOT Interactive, a well established and respected Kansas City based online marketing and web development firm, is looking for a Digital Project Manager.

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for shepherding projects from conception to delivery, working with all departments within BIGSHOT and external development partners. Potential candidates for the Digital Project Manager position should have 2 to 3 years of related experience and a thorough understanding of web development, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), project management and client service.

The ideal candidate must be highly efficient, organized and posses a real desire to do what it takes to ensure the success of every project. Creativity and excellent communication skills are a must. This individual must demonstrate the leadership and authority required to move projects forward in a firm but respectful way.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain close client contact
• Proactively identify client needs and suggest new service offerings
• Manage project work flow
• Create and manage project timelines
• Evaluate project workload
• Evaluate needs and assign projects to internal or external resources
• Work directly with creative and development teams from project inception to completion
• Proactively gather deliverables for all jobs to ensure projects continue to move forward
• Proactively evaluate scheduling, resources and timing to ensure proper project progress throughout the life of the project
• Manage project budget, scope creep and resulting change orders Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with CEO to implement
• Ensure all functionality including analytic tools, Google Apps, SEM deliverables etc. are in place prior to project launch
• Aid in reviews and testing of all projects prior to launch
• Schedule and participate in quarterly strategy calls with SEM clients
• Coordinate with SEM teams to deliver monthly reporting

• Proven experience in online and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)  (PPC, SEO, email, social, etc.)

Term: Permanent Full Time Hire after 90 days

PHP PROGRAMMER / Developer

SALES CONSULTANT

Senior Web Designer/Developer

We are looking for a well organized, fast thinking Senior Web Developer/Designer  with superior design skills and a killer portfolio to lead our web design team. Ideal candidates will focus on ideas and design and lean on a great tech team for implementation.

Qualifications

• BFA or BA in Graphic Design
• 2+ years experience in Art Director position at established agency (not a deal breaker)
• 5+ years experience in web development at established agency
• Proficiency in Adobe suite of programs
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Action Script
• Java, Ajax and PHP experience helpful but not mandatory
• Ability to learn new technologies and development software as necessary

Primary Objectives

Oversee all creative web work developed by BIGSHOT™ from concept to completion with a strong emphasis on exceptional look and fee
Coordinate with clients, account services, programming and creative team to ensure all projects effectively communicate the project objective and message with attention to the highest possible aesthetic approach
Plan and stratigize from a time, budget and creative standpoint to ensure all projects are completed within the constraints of project deadlines and scope of work
Increase exposure and identify new business opportunities for BIGSHOT through involvement in the advertising and design communities
Stay abreast of current and future trends and technologies in the design and online-sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop effective creative projects based on client's needs
• Implement the creative process and create the necessary documentation as outlined in the handbook for all projects
• Oversee the development of creative briefs when appropriate by gathering pertinent information and data through research
• Work consistent hours and operate within the parameters of the creative department schedule
• Exercise willingness to delegate tasks and responsibilities among others within the creative team and support the development of their individual skill sets
• Attend scheduled strategy meetings with clients and staff
• Pitch finalized ideas and concepts to client and staff within the constraints of budget and time
• Assist Sales and Account Services in providing cost estimates for potential projects and revisions by estimating time commitment to complete work
• Attend relevant strategy sessions on new business development
• Thorough knowledge of print capabilities and standards a real plus when combined with big time web experience.
