BIGSHOT Strip Comments Plugin for Joomla! 1.5

Here is the setup… We are currently working on a site that has 19 "subsites" contained within it. Each one has their own "Location & Contact" module that displays on its particular pages. Can you imagine how hard it is to find the module for the specific location you are looking for? Since standard HTML comments are stripped out of module titles on save, something else had to be done. Without having to open up each module and viewing its contents, there is no good way to find the one you want to edit until now.
