After partnering with board-certified surgeon Dr. Stephen Malley, one of BIGSHOT™'s existing clients in the Kansas City metro, NewHope Bariatrics asked BIGSHOT™ to design a website for their 3 designated partner obesity surgery centers in the United States – located in Overland Park, Kansas; Dallas, Texas; and Charlotte, North Carolina. These centers currently provide out-patient LAP-BAND surgery, performed by an experienced surgeon. Each NewHope obesity surgery center also provides patient support groups and ambassador programs, so others can learn more about surgery and how to cope afterward.

BIGSHOT™ wanted to emphasize the difference obesity surgery is making on many patients' lives, using a clean, straightforward design that was easy to navigate. Our designers gave this group of websites the same look and feel, while also including site-specific material, such as doctor bios and contact information. In addition, the NewHope websites include common online community features, such as live chat, forum, and an e-store, allowing patients from all surgery locations to interact online by offering advice and providing encouragement.

In addition to the new website for the NewHope Bariatrics obesity surgery centers, a search engine marketing (SEM) campaign was also requested for the Kansas City Metro location. This campaign focused on creating search engine visibility for potential patients in the Kansas City Metro.
